Steam Maintenance and Losses
Hey all,
We've received some reports of users getting a loss when Steam goes down for maintenance. This should not be happening and we'd like your help investigating this problem.
If you ever see this message:"The Steam servers will be going down for maintenance shortly. If you are in a ranked match at this time your match results will not be tracked on the leaderboards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." and get a loss after the disconnection please immediately grab your warnings.txt from C:\Documents and Settings\user.name\My Documents\My Games\Dawn of War II - Retribution\Logfiles and mail it to [email protected] with the words "Steam Disconnection" in the subject.
As soon as we can discover the cause of the issue we will try to fix it.
